FIFO GLOBAL PVT LTD is looking for motivated and professional Field Documentation Executives to join our team for the PM UDAY Project. This role involves field visits, document collection and verification, customer assistance, and coordination with the office team to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Position: Field Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned locations to collect and verify documents related to the PM UDAY Scheme.

Guide customers regarding documentation requirements and application procedures.

Coordinate with customers to resolve documentation-related queries and ensure timely submission.

Maintain accurate records of field visits, documents collected, and follow-up activities.

Liaise with the documentation and operations teams to ensure smooth case processing.

Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines.

Meet daily and monthly performance targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate (preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of smartphones .

Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
