Position: Field Executive – Solar Panel

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Executive to support our solar business through lead generation, customer coordination, and on-site assistance. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our solar customer base and ensuring smooth customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for solar panel installation (residential & commercial)

• Visit potential customers and explain solar solutions, benefits, and subsidies

• Conduct site visits & basic site data collection

• Coordinate between customers, sales team, and technical team

• Assist in customer onboarding and documentation

• Follow up with interested customers until closure

• Support during installation and post-installation coordination

• Maintain daily field activity reports

• Promote company services through field marketing activities

Skills Required:

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of solar panels / renewable energy (preferred)

• Ability to work in the field and meet targets

• Customer-friendly attitude

• Basic mobile & WhatsApp usage for reporting

• Two-wheeler preferred

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass

• Diploma / ITI / Graduation (added advantage)

Age Limit:

• 18 to 30 years

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

• Travelling Allowance (TA) extra
