We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team to handle the queries related to weather monitoring stations maintenance. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹23,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Our stations are simple in design and can be trained to operate and maintain easily.

• Handle site maintenance as per our schedule.

• Address the queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Keep records of incharge-interactions and follow up when required.

• Must ready to travel across your state for resolving any technical issues (in case of emergency only).

• Travel allowance & Daily food allowance during site visits will be paid by the company as allowance including petrol bills (Rs.3-00 per Kilometer).

• Boarding & lodging amount will be paid by the company during outstation visit from your hometown.

• Petrol.food & lodging must be produced at the time of bill-claiming.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and candidate must be a fresher. You will be responsible for addressing immediate queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
