Oasis Stretch Private Limited is looking for a responsible and hardworking Field Executive to manage our client sites and field operations.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising field staff, ensuring that assigned work is completed properly and on time, coordinating with customers, handling service-related complaints, and following up with customers for payments.

Key Responsibilities

Apne under kaam karne wale field staff ko daily work assign aur supervise karna.

Staff time par site par pahucha hai ya nahi, attendance, punch-in/punch-out aur work completion check karna.

Client sites par service quality aur staff ke kaam ki regular checking karna.

Customer ki complaints aur requirements ko samajhna aur unka solution karwana.

Zarurat padne par customer se site visit karke meeting aur service coordination karna.

Customer se pending payment ke liye follow-up aur collection coordination karna.

Payment ki details aur pending amount ka proper record maintain karna.

Customer ko company ki services ke baare mein accurate information dena.

Staff ki performance aur site-related problems ki report management ko dena.

Staff ki kami, leave ya kisi emergency mein alternative arrangement coordinate karna.

Management aur customer ke beech communication bridge ka kaam karna.

Daily/weekly work aur customer issues ki report senior management ko dena.

Company ke rules, discipline aur customer service standards maintain karwana.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification: Graduate preferred

Experience: 1–2 years preferred

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Field work aur travelling ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.

Staff ko manage karne aur kaam karwane ki ability honi chahiye.

Payment follow-up/collection karne mein comfortable hona chahiye.

WhatsApp, smartphone aur basic Excel/record keeping ka knowledge.

Responsible, punctual aur target-oriented.

7 days working – Day Shift ke liye comfortable.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹11,500 In-Hand + Performance/Growth Opportunities
