Job Overview :-

We are looking for a responsible and active Civil Site Field Supervisor who can visit and supervise our various civil construction project sites. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day site activities, coordinating with workers/contractors, ensuring work is carried out properly, and providing regular updates regarding the progress of each site.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit different civil construction project sites as per requirement.

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.

• Ensure that the assigned work is completed properly and as per instructions.

• Coordinate with labour, contractors, and site workers to get the work completed on time.

• Monitor the quality and progress of ongoing work.

• Check availability and proper use of construction materials at the site.

• Take regular photographs/videos of ongoing work and share site updates.

• Provide daily status updates regarding work progress, manpower, material and site issues.

• Immediately report any delay, quality issue, material shortage or other problem at the site.

• Follow up with workers/contractors regarding pending work.

• Ensure proper utilization of labour and materials.

• Maintain basic records of site work and daily progress.

• Coordinate between different project sites and management.

• Handle basic site-level issues and escalate important matters to management.

• Ensure that work is progressing according to the given schedule and instructions.
