Job description:

Work Details of Field Executive

The Field Executive shall be responsible for performing both field-based and office-related duties as assigned by the Company. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Field Operations & Visits

i. Work primarily in the field and visit franchise locations as assigned.

ii. Travel to various locations based on business requirements and franchise needs.

iii.Conduct franchise visits whenever needed to ensure operational compliance.

2. Site Survey & Measurements

i. Perform site inspections and surveys of franchise hubs.

ii. Assess site suitability as per company standards and guidelines.

3. Client Interaction & Support

i. Visit clients and franchise partners to address queries and concerns.

ii. Provide on-site support and resolve operational issues efficiently.

iii. Maintain professional relationships with franchisees and clients.

4. Documentation & Agreement Handling

i. Collect required documents from Lawyer.

ii. Ensure timely submission of agreements and related paperwork to franchise.

iii. Coordinate for signing and processing of franchise agreements.

5. Reporting & Feedback

i. Provide regular updates and feedback on field activities to the company.

ii. Prepare and submit reports on site visits, surveys, and client interactions.

iii. Highlight issues, challenges, and opportunities observed in the field.

6. Office Work & Coordination

i. Perform necessary office tasks related to field operations.

ii. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects.

iii. Maintain proper records of visits, documents, and communications.

iv. Have to report everything to Relationship Manager.
