Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at Nidan Ayurveda (Expert Ayurveda). The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding related to FMCG. Join us for a great work environment with various opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner

• Plan routes efficiently to ensure on-time deliveries

• Verify delivery details such as address, contact number, and items

• Collect payments (if required) and provide proper receipts

• Handle products with care to avoid damage during transit

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 3 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
