Job Summary
We are hiring a dedicated Field Executive to handle collections, document handling, and all types of outside office work. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, banks, and other locations for cheque collection, document submission, verification, and completing field-related operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customer locations for cheque collection, payment collection, and document pickup/drop.
Handle all outside paperwork and official field work as assigned by the company.
Submit documents to banks, offices, clients, or government departments when required.
Verify customer documents and ensure accuracy before submission.
Maintain proper records of collected cheques and documents.
Provide acknowledgement receipts to customers when required.
Coordinate with office team for daily work updates.
Ensure safe handling and timely submission of confidential documents.
Assist in agreement signing, form collection, and verification processes.
Perform operational field tasks like courier coordination, application submissions, and follow-ups.
Maintain daily visit reports and field activity updates.
Required Skills
Good communication and polite behavior with customers.
Responsible and trustworthy personality.
Basic smartphone handling (Google Maps, WhatsApp reporting).
Ability to travel locally on a daily basis.
Time management and punctuality.
Preferred Requirements
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Prior field executive or collection experience is an advantage.
