Background Verification Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Background Verification Executive to conduct field verification of customer details. The candidate will be responsible for verifying residential, office, employment, and reference details as per company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to verify customer residential and office addresses.
Perform employment and reference checks.
Collect and validate required documents during verification.
Update verification status in system/app on time.
Prepare and submit accurate verification reports with proper remarks.
Coordinate with team leaders and clients for clarification if required.
Ensure all cases are completed within TAT (Turn Around Time).
Maintain professional behavior during customer visits.
Follow company policies and compliance guidelines strictly.
