50 Technicians & Non-Technicians Required

We are hiring 50 candidates for solar installation work across villages in Bhagalpur District, Bihar.

Both experienced technicians and non-technical candidates are welcome to apply. Selected candidates must be willing to stay in village locations and work efficiently to ensure timely completion of installation targets.

💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES

1. Non-Technicians

- Starting Salary: ₹15,000 per month

- Additional Performance-Based Incentives

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

2. Technicians

- Starting Salary: ₹30,000 per month

- Additional Performance-Based Incentives

- Candidates with solar or electrical installation experience will be preferred.
