We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team to handle customer's calls, provide exceptional customer support and collects dues to Recovery. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹8,000 - ₹20,000 or in commission based and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visits customer's address, shares location and photo of the area or the customer's and have conversation regarding the dues and collection.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Has to be trustworthy to handle the cash and Depositing the cash in hand in the meantime in office

• Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for contactingthe customer at their addresses and resolving the case by making them pay for their dues. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Flexible shift.
