Collection Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

Visit clients to collect outstanding payments and ensure collection
Maintain accurate records of collections and cash handling
Provide exceptional customer service during collection visits
Work along with Sales team to improve customer relationships through effective communication.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Provide daily reports to the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
Fresher or Proven experience one year in field collections or a related area
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel
