Job Description: Field Collection Executive (Ahmedabad)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Role Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Visit clients/customers to collect pending payments as per assigned portfolio.
Maintain accurate records of collections and update daily reports.
Handle customer queries and provide necessary support during field visits.
Coordinate with the back-office team for escalations and settlement processes

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Prior experience in collections, recovery, or fieldwork preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within Ahmedabad.
