Field Collection Executive

PayAssured is hiring Field Executives in Chennai for on-ground case visits, client follow-ups, document collection, address verification, and status reporting. The role requires local travel within Chennai, regular coordination with the internal team, and timely visit updates. Candidates should be comfortable meeting businesses, collecting required information, and handling field assignments professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned business locations in Chennai
Conduct field verification and case follow-ups
Collect documents, payment updates, and business information
Submit visit reports, photos, and status updates promptly
Coordinate with operations and legal team for case progress
Maintain professional conduct during all field visits

Candidate Requirements
Must know Chennai routes and local areas
Bike and smartphone preferred
Basic communication skills in Tamil and English
Punctual, responsible, and comfortable with daily travel
Prior field work, collections, sales, or verification experience is preferred
