Field Collection Executive

We are Hiring for Field Collection Executive.

Location - Canning, Topsia/Metropolition Area, Belghoria to Titagarh, Dunlop Area, Rajarhat

Salary - 12 to 15k Salary after deducting pf and esic and depend on your interview and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Recovery: Visit delinquent customers to secure outstanding payments, ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts.

• Customer Relationship Management: Negotiate with customers on outstanding dues, handle complaints, and provide self-care awareness, Vas revenue, and data service solutions.

• Compliance & Reporting: Follow RBI and company guidelines for collection; document actions and provide regular reports to management.

• Performance Metrics: Drive collection strategies to reduce churn, reduce bad debt, and increase Revenue from specific customer segments.

• Support Operations: Ensure high-value service experience and support Rural Service Experience through ASC expansion/engagement.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
