Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive for one of the India Leading manufacurer of Scaffolding & Ladders company. The role offers ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and involves managing Account Receivable, Collection, Tally, Entries etc. Join us for a great work environment with various opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment

• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections.

• Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger

• Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
