Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to collect payments from customers and maintain good customer relationships. The candidate should be responsible, polite, and able to travel within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their location for payment collection.

• Collect outstanding dues and submit payments as per company process.

• Explain payment details to customers in a clear and polite manner.

• Maintain daily collection records and reports.

• Coordinate with the office team regarding collection updates.

• Follow company rules and collection guidelines.

• Handle customer queries related to payments.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate.

• Experience in field collection, recovery, sales, or customer service preferred.

• Good communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and reporting.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

• Ability to travel in the assigned area.
