Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at Creative Graphics Solutions India Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to field collection. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit client offices on a daily basis for payment collection and relationship management.

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through meetings, calls, and emails.

• Coordinate with the accounts and sales team regarding pending invoices and payment status.

• Maintain proper records of collections, customer visits, and follow-up reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Resolve client queries related to invoices, payments, and dispatch coordination.

• Support the sales team in generating repeat business from existing customers.

• Ensure timely collection as per company payment terms.

• Submit daily visit reports to management.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong follow-up and client-handling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of billing and payment processes.

• Ability to travel locally for client visits.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream.

• Candidate must have own conveyance preferred.
