We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team OM FLEX INDIA. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to MANUFACTURING Industry. The role offers 15K - 20 K and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office works in a professional and efficient manner
Bank related works
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 3 years - 6+ Years Experience Range. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 7 Working Days week during the Morning Shift.
