Job Title: Escalation Specialist - (Voice Email Process)

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Experience: Fresher / 1 to 2 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 Take Home + CTC + Variables

Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days of work, 1 rotational day off.

Language: Excellent English Mandatory

Responsibilites:

• Handle customer service requests via email and calls.

• Provide customer support using CRM/support tools.

• Follow up on unresolved customer queries.

• Provide feedback to management for process improvement.

• Handled escalation calls, SLA.

• Typing speed of at least 30–40 WPM with accuracy.

• Prior experience in the voice/email process is preferred.
