Email Support Executive - ATHER (Non-Voice Process)

Cogent E-Services Limited is hiring experienced candidates for the ATHER Email Support Process in Bangalore.

Eligibility

Any Graduate (Mandatory)
Minimum 6 months of experience in a Non-Voice Process
Good English written communication skills
English + Any One Regional Language
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through email.
Resolve customer issues professionally.
Provide accurate information and timely responses.
Maintain quality standards and documentation.
