Job Responsibilities

Prepare regular performance reports and share relevant business updates.
Conduct periodic reviews with key accounts and discuss performance and action plans.
Ensure timely resolution of partner concerns and escalations.
Maintain strong professional relationships with sellers and brand partners.
Follow company processes, policies, and service standards.
