We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional with strong written English skills to be a part of our Customer Support team. This role primarily involves handling customer interactions via email and ensuring a smooth, prompt, and professional experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email in a timely, clear, and professional manner

• Handle complaints, feedback, and concerns with empathy and effective resolution

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

• Escalate complex issues when required and ensure proper follow-up until closure

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales & Operations) for seamless service delivery

• Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to retention efforts

Requirements

• Graduate (any field)

• Strong written English communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM tools)

• Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
