We are looking for an Email & Chat Support Executive to join our team Workden. This role involves handling customer queries via email and chat, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to the Customer Support / Service Industry. The role offers ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand Salary per month, flexible working hours, and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Handle customer queries via Email & Chat in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass / Graduate with 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply). You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 Days working week with Flexible Shift options.
