Customer Experience Executive – Email/Chat Support (UK Process)

​About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Executive to handle front-office interactions for our UK-based customers. In this role, you will deliver high-quality service through voice and email channels, focusing on timely resolutions and creating a positive customer experience while strictly adhering to UK regulatory and data-protection standards.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Manage and resolve customer queries related to accounts, billing, payments, service requests, and complaints.

• ​Provide accurate, empathetic, and first-time resolution to customer issues.

• Handle front-office customer interactions via voice and email channels effectively.

• Navigate difficult customer conversations professionally and with high empathy.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and compliance with UK data-protection standards.

​Experience & Skills Required

​Experience: 1 to 4 years in Front Office or Customer Service roles.

​Communication: Excellent spoken and written English, with email writing skills aligned to UK customer communication standards.

​Shift Readiness: Experience and willingness to work in UK shift hours (BST / GMT).

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience navigating voice and email customer support platforms.

Advantageous: Prior experience supporting UK customers, specifically within the Utilities, Retail, Banking, or Telecom sectors.
