As a Chat Support Associate, you will be the digital voice of our brand. You’ll handle real-time inquiries through our web and mobile platforms, ensuring every customer leaves the conversation feeling heard and helped.​Key Responsibilities
Multitasking: Simultaneously manage 3–4 concurrent chat sessions without losing track of individual customer needs.
​Brand Voice: Provide professional, clear, and empathetic responses using the company’s specific tone and style guide.
​Documentation: Accurately log interaction details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure seamless follow-up.
