Key Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions via chat in a professional and timely manner
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving approach
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution of issues
Meet key performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Good written communication skills
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Job Requirements
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)
Comfortable working 6 days a week
Salary & Benefits
Fresher: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000 (in-hand)
Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000 (in-hand)
Night shift allowance
Salary hike after 6 months and 1 year
