- Handle customer enquiries through live chat and WhatsApp.

- Assist with car bookings, pricing, availability, and rental policies.

- Provide quick, accurate, and professional written responses.

- Handle multiple customer conversations efficiently.

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues.

- Follow up on pending enquiries and booking confirmations.

- Coordinate with operations for pickup and delivery updates.

- Maintain chat records and customer information.

✅ Candidate Eligibility

- Very active, alert, and quick in responding.

- Typing speed of 60–70 WPM with good accuracy.

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

- Strong written communication and convincing skills.

- Understand customer queries quickly and accurately.

- Excellent confidence and multitasking skills.

- Ability to work independently.
