SmartCoin is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Email & Chat Process Executive to manage customer queries and provide prompt support through email and chat channels. The candidate should have strong written communication skills in Hindi and English, along with basic computer knowledge.

This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining company policies and service standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and processes.

Handle customer complaints, concerns, and follow-ups effectively.

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets set by the organization.

Maintain data confidentiality and follow company compliance policies.

Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of customer issues.

Good written and verbal communication in Hindi & English

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, typing skills)
