Email Customer Support Executive

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent (WFO)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong written English and good problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and complaints through email.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries and complaints via email professionally and promptly.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the concerned team when required.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for timely issue resolution.
Update customer details and interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or CRM.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
Good problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
Customer-focused and professional approach.
