The role involves assisting customers via live chat and limited voice support, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution with a strong focus on communication and customer satisfaction.*Key Responsibilities:*- Handle customer queries primarily through chat, with occasional voice calls when required.- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers.- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.- Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.*Requirements:*- Good English communication skills – both written and verbal.- Active intent to resolve customer issues with a customer-first mindset.- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with good accuracy.- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
