We are hiring Email & Chat Support Executives for our Chandigarh office. Candidates should have excellent written communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally through email and chat channels.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th Pass: Minimum 6 months of experience in Email/Chat/Customer Support or Any

• Graduate: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Fluent English communication (written and verbal) is mandatory.

• Good typing speed and computer knowledge.

• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.

• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow company guidelines and quality standards.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Shift Details

• 6 Days Working

• Rotational Night Shifts

• Weekly Rotational Off

• Cab Facility Available

Salary

• ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand

• Salary based on communication skills, experience, and interview performance.
