Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Email & Chat Process

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Email & Chat Support Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills and prior experience in handling customer queries through email and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Email and Chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer concerns.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards.

• Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.

• Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Email & Chat Process (BPO/Customer Support).

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong typing speed and computer proficiency.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

• Good interpersonal and analytical abilities.

• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

• Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Communication Skills: Excellent English Communication (Written & Verbal)
