Job Summary

Customer Care Executives are responsible for handling customer queries and concerns via email and chat for Axis Bank customers. They will provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role demands strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via Email and Chat in a professional manner.

• Research and provide accurate information to customers.

• Make outbound calls when required (Semi-Voice Process).

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases to the concerned team.

• Process customer requests and transactions accurately.

• Maintain service quality and meet productivity targets.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

• SVAR Score: 50 or above.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

• Good understanding of professional Email and Chat etiquette.

• Typing speed of 36 WPM with 95% accuracy.

• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions.
