Job Description:
Teleperformance is hiring Email Support Executives to handle customer queries through email and chat channels. The role requires excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to deliver timely and accurate resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer queries and complaints via Email and Chat.
Draft clear, professional, and grammatically accurate responses.
Maintain high-quality customer service standards and customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records.
Escalate unresolved concerns to relevant teams when required.
Meet SLA, TAT, and productivity targets consistently.
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
💼 Experience:
6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Email Support, Chat Support, Customer Service, or Non-Voice Process.
Freshers with excellent written English skills may also be considered.
Languages Required
English: Excellent Written & Verbal Communication (B2/C1 Level)
Regional language proficiency in Hindi,Kannada, Telugu,Tamil, Malayalam will be an added advantage.
