Job Description

We are looking for Operations Executives (E-mail Support) to handle customer queries via email while ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries through email.
Resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Deliver high-quality written customer support.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent written English communication is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
