We are hiring for Customer Service – Blended Process for the Kotak Securities process. Please find the job details below:

Position: Customer Service Executive
Process: Kotak Securities
Process Type: Blended – Email | Chat | Voice
Location: Airoli – Reliable Tech Park
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Versant Level 5 required.

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Shift Timing

• Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Weekly rotational off between Saturday and Sunday.

Salary Package

Freshers:

• ₹21,000 In-Hand

• ₹26,100 CTC

Experienced:

• ₹23,000 In-Hand

• ₹28,100 CTC

Salary Date: 5th of every month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice, email, and chat.

• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries.

• Maintain excellent customer service standards.

• Follow process guidelines and meet defined quality and productivity targets.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely escalation of customer issues.
