Process Details

JFL – Part Time (Voice Process)

• Shift Time: Male – 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• Female – 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM / 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM

• Qualification: HSC Passed / Pursuing

• Communication: Good English (Versant 4)

• Salary: ₹8,500 in-hand

• Interview Rounds: HR / OPS

JFL – UCR (Full Time Voice Process)

• Shift Time: Between 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)

• Female Last Shift: Till 9:00 PM

• Qualification: HSC Passed with 6 months BPO Experience

• Communication: Good English (Versant 4)

• Salary: Up to ₹20,000 in-hand

• Interview Rounds: HR / OPS / Client

JFL – Inbound (Full Time Voice Process)

• Shift Time: Between 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)

• Female Last Shift: Till 9:00 PM

• Qualification: HSC Passed with 6 months BPO Experience

• Communication: Good English (Versant 4)

• Salary: Up to ₹18,500 in-hand

• Interview Rounds: HR / OPS / Client

EFL – Chat & Email Process

• Shift Time: Between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)

• Qualification: HSC Passed

• Communication: Good English (Versant 3 & Above)

• Salary: ₹17,500 in-hand

• Shift Time: Between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
