Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (BPO/Email Process/Customer Support preferred)

Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate (Any Stream)

Job Description:

We are urgently hiring for an Email Process role for a reputed gas distribution company. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior experience in email/customer support processes who are looking for a stable, growth-oriented career.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and complaints received via email in a professional and timely manner

Draft clear, accurate, and courteous email responses to customers

Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal departments

Maintain quality and turnaround time (TAT) standards for all email responses

Update and maintain records of customer interactions in the system

Escalate complex queries to the concerned team/department when required

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective written communication

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory)

Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email tools)

Strong attention to detail and grammar

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Prior experience in email process, chat process, or customer support preferred

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline

At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Immediate joiners preferred

Candidates with average or weak communication skills need not apply

Shift & Work Details:

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Compensation:

₹16,000 Take Home per month
