Job Description: Academic Advisor / Academic Counselor
Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about academic programs, courses, eligibility, and career pathways.
Handle student queries related to admissions, fees, curriculum, exams, and academic policies through calls, emails, and chats.
Ensure timely resolution of student queries with accurate and complete information.
Maintain high student retention by providing continuous academic support, follow-ups, and engagement throughout the academic lifecycle.
Track student progress and proactively reach out to at-risk students to reduce dropouts.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and academics to resolve student issues.
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to senior advisors or concerned departments within defined TAT.
