Job Summary:
The Educational Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting students in choosing appropriate courses based on their interests, academic background, and career goals. The role involves handling walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and providing complete information about the institution's programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about course details, admission process, and career opportunities.

• Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries effectively.

• Maintain follow-up with potential leads until enrolment.

• Achieve monthly admission targets.

• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions in the CRM/database.

• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Requirements:

• Any degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Good communication skills (English, Tamil preferred).

• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

• Positive attitude and ability to work towards targets.
