The Branch Support Executive will be responsible for providing operational, administrative, and customer support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch. The role involves coordinating with counsellors, students, parents, and the head office, ensuring timely completion of branch activities.
Handle front-desk operations (walk-ins, phone calls, inquiries).
Assist educational counsellors in admission process and student follow-ups.
Maintain student records, admission forms, and documentation.
Coordinate with head office for reports, fee collection updates, and compliance.
Support branch activities like seminars, spot admission campaigns, and student events.
Ensure smooth branch operations – facility management, stationery, and basic admin tasks.
Follow up with leads/candidates as directed by branch manager or HR.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management.
