Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in academic counselling, student advisory, or admissions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).

• Knowledge of local and international education systems is an advantage.
