Job Description:

Doctors IEA is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Education Counsellor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in student counseling and academic guidance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in selecting the medical universities of Russia, particularly in the field of medical and healthcare education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on academic programs, study destinations, admissions processes, and career opportunities.

• Handle inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media platforms.

• Conduct face-to-face counseling sessions and assist students with university and visa applications.

• Maintain follow-ups with potential students and ensure a smooth enrollment process.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external institutions for student admissions and documentation.

• Stay updated with current trends in international education and admission requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in education counseling, preferably in the medical/healthcare domain.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a student-first mindset.
