Job Summary

Admission Planet Group of Education is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide students and parents in choosing the right course, college, and career path. You will counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and office visits, answer their queries, build trust, and make every genuine effort to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide students and parents regarding courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and the admission process.

- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in office visits.

- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and budget to recommend the most suitable course and college.

- Explain course details, college options, fee structure, and admission procedures clearly and confidently.

- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and make every sincere effort to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.

- Assist students throughout the admission process, including counselling, document collection, application submission, and admission confirmation.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 0–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship.

- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.

- Good communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) is preferred.

- Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
