Job వివరణ

Hiring for E-commerce Back Office – Voice Process in Marathahalli. This is a day shift role with 6 days working and 1 rotational off, with 9-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

We are looking for graduates (10+2+3) aged between 18 to 30 years, with a minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO voice process. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in Hindi (fluent) and good English proficiency.

This role involves handling customer interactions and back-end support for e-commerce operations, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution.

Salary offered is ₹23,000 in-hand and ₹26,000 CTC per month for experienced candidates (0.6-1 year). Additionally, a joining bonus of ₹4,000 will be provided after 60 days of successful employment.
