Position: Desktop Support Engineer / Executive
Location: Vashi
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: ₹30,000
Shift: Night Shift
Additional Benefit: Travelling Allowance Provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees for desktop, laptop and other IT-related issues.

• Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.

• Resolve issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, printers and peripherals.

• Troubleshoot LAN, internet and basic network connectivity issues.

• Handle IT support requests and resolve technical problems within the given timeline.

• Maintain records of technical issues and their resolutions.

• Perform basic system maintenance and updates.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.

• Basic understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to work in night shifts.

• Any Graduate can apply.

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Desktop Support.

• Comfortable working in night shifts.
