Job వివరణ

Voice Process Executive Arctic Engines is hiring Voice Process Executives for our Bengaluru customer support centre. You will handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, understand their queries, resolve routine issues on the first call and escalate complex cases to the right team. Daily work includes maintaining accurate call notes in our CRM, following the approved call script and meeting quality and call handling targets. We are looking for candidates with clear spoken English and Hindi, good listening skills and basic computer knowledge, and freshers up to two years of experience are welcome. The role is a full time work from office position on rotational day shifts with fixed weekly offs, and includes paid training during the first two weeks.
