📍 Position: Insurance Process Executive

✅ Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate

• Good communication in English and any one regional language

• Minimum 6 months of hardcore sales experience (Mandatory)

💼 Salary

• CTC: ₹25,000 per month

• Take Home Salary: ₹24,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to explain insurance products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Generate sales by converting leads into successful policy purchases.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with customers regarding policy inquiries and renewals.

• Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing.

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
