Job వివరణ

We are looking for a Team Lead to join our team at Mahindra Logistics, this role involves managing a team of executives, lead allocation, monitoring the performance, quality, mentoring and training the team to handle different tasks related to work force hiring campaigns to support our last mile delivery vertical.

We prefer someone who has previously managed:

Recruitment call centers

Staffing agency operations

BPO team lead operations

High-volume hiring programs (delivery executives, warehouse associates, gig workforce, sales promoters, drivers)
